The tray on top is hard plastic and there is one hard plastic hanger included. The seat is 20 x 15 and sits 14 inches from the floor. The valet is 38 1/2 inches tall And the back is 24 x 14 x 8. Oh, there is one small tear on the back of the seat. Please see the close-up. Otherwise it is in excellent condition with little wear. It will be disassembled for shipping convenience.
