Made of heavy, solid 9 carat gold, its thick, strong band widens to tri-lobed shoulders, in turn leading to the squat shield-shaped head, engraved with a monogram for the initials 'BE' or 'EB' - the lombardic letters cleverly differentiated with hand engraved detail and ornately flourished. It bears a full English hallmark for Birmingham 1934, with the maker's mark NBs for the quality maker Nathan Brothers of the famed Vyse Street in Birmingham's jewellery quarter. It's a size 9 and can be resized if needed. It's in lovely antique condition with some slight signs of age/wear, but no loss or damage.
