Collins (March 10, 1909 – March 12, 1991) was an attorney and politician, the 33rd Governor of Florida, serving a special term in 1955, and being elected to a four-year term in 1956, serving through 1960. Card and signature grade high. Provenance: We are proud to offer a part of the T. Roy Pitts collection. Pitts was an Alabama collector who accumulated over 250,000 autographs, primarily through the mail. He obtained autographs from all fields, including: athletes, actors, politicians, scientiests, musicians and artists.
