The stand for the figurine has two small pins to hold the figurine in place. One of those pins is missing, but the figurine still stays in place without problems. One of the clamps to connect the two pieces of the background rack is missing. But the rack holds together perfectly without it. See pictures for details. Figurine measures approx. 12'' tall. The rack in the background is approx. 18 3/4'' high.
