The kit includes the design hand painted in color on 4.5 stitches to the inch rug canvas, pre-cut acrylic rug yarn, and instructions. Pillow form is not included. The kit is still factory sealed. This is a great kit - it would make a wonderful gift for a bear lover! We are a strictly non-smoking household although we do purchase some of our older items from antique shows and estate sales.
