Has light scratches on the front and rear elements. No haze or fungus. Originally had an aperture wheel, the screw is still present but the wheel is missing. Original lens flange is included. Flange measures 57mm in total diameter, lens is approx. 28mm in length. From my research Koehler bought the machines and patents for lenses previously made by the Scientific Lens Co. out of New York and produced these lenses. I can't find much more info online. A catalog snippet for the Scientific Lens Co. Extreme Wide Angle puts the 8x10 version at 7" F14 which is very close in my testing. See photos for further details.
