Rice & Company. Original label on bottom of bottle reads 'Gold Filigree Cologne' Irving W. Rice & Co New York City Distributers'. Irving W. Rice’s glass company (also known as I.W. Rice & Co.). Rice imported Czechoslovakian crystal, the best crystal of the time, for his designs before World War II. (The company switched to American crystal manufacturers during the war.)
