For your consideration, here is an adorable full body composition Horsman Composition Doll dressed as a Bride. I measure her at 21 inches tall. Her name is Horsman BRIGHT STAR, per my book. Bright Star was made in 1937. She is wearing a lovely Bridal gown. I see no tag, so I do not know if it is original to the doll. It fits her perfect. She has a cotton "slip" beneath it that has aged to a darker hue. She is wearing white shoes and socks that look newer to me, so I do not believe they are original to the doll. She is also wearing panties. Her hair looks lovely and I believe it is mohair. Looks like original set to me, but I don't know for certain. Her eyes .. I first marked brown, then changed it to gold. So I would ask you to please view the pictures and make that call for yourself. I didn't know which should be used. Her veil has what I would call a "slash" in it in the front. I took a picture of it so you could see. Her composition looks very nice to me. Please excuse the stray hairs across her pretty face. Believe it or not, I didn't see them until I looked at the pictures. My Value book has her valued at $600.00. I won't be asking that for her.
