Description: This is the Hornet Brand Beverages ACL soda bottled by the Tulia Bottling Company of Tulia, Texas: The attractive yellow and black front label features a large hornet wearing a top hat. A smaller version of the hornet is also pictured in yellow on the front and back of the neck of the bottle. The 10 oz. clear glass bottle is in good condition. It has no chips, dings, or cracks. The exterior of the bottle does show some minor wear and light scratches in places, most noticeably around the mid-section of the bottle and at the top of the front label. The yellow/black front label is in overall good condition. It does show some pinholes and minor scratches in the yellow background when held up to the light (see photos). The back label lettering in black is complete. The back label shows bottler name and city/state.The bottom of the bottle shows an embossed "LG" (Liberty Glass Company of Sapulpa, OK) and an embossed "62" indicating a bottle manufacture date of 1962.
