Jewart and Tom Ciampa. Enough copies were produced to be given free to all members with a few left over to sell. The Strategy Gaming Society was at the time one of the oldest Wargame organizations in the country. It's magazine the Strategist has been published continuously since 1973 (but has since been discontinued). The half inch counters are a bit hard to read and are printed on thick self-adhesive stock so you can mount them before you cut them out. The Axis units are printed in Red, the Allies in Dark blue and the supply unit and game markers are printed in dark green. The rules are only 10 pages, edge stapled and are also a bit hard to read (personal preference) by having the type reduced too small. The black and white map is beautifully done on four sheets of 11 X 17 card stock. It stretches from Tripoli to Alexandria and fits together very nicely. The hex rows are numbered along the bottom and lettered along the side for ease in play by mail.
