In most cases we find that customers return their tech purchases due to buyer's remorse. They have been reset to its original factory settings and are in Grade A condition. This means that the product will be in overall excellent cosmetic condition but may include minor blemishes that do not affect performance. The operating system is in its original manufactured state. Product will include original power cord or power adapter. Product screen is in near perfect condition. May be missing owner's manual. Will come in its original box. Box Condition will vary.
