Makes for nice balanced EQ on the neck pickup due to the Alnico 5 Magnet, and slightly lower winding. Definitely not muddy, but well defined, warm, and still has that fairly bright defined sound. Definitely 100% Tele Tone! These are made with the same magnets, Winding wire as the 72's. only Difference is the Bobbins are plastic, and leads are PVC coated wire.
