It will need to be cleaned, serviced and oiled before use. The bushings might be ok. The springs might be ok. It comes with a suspension spring and pendulum leader. It is also stamped 16cm/163,4, and 249780. The plates measures about 5-1/4" square. The distance between plate is about 1-7/16". The center to center distance between the two outside winding arbors is about 4-3/16" and 2-1/4" from outside winding arbors to center arbor. Movement is sold as is. Please see pictures.
