Description: Cuckoo clock is stamped "Made in Germany" on the wooden back, unbranded from what I can tell. It is in the original shipping box which has the shipping date as June, 1969. (See pictures). The box says it mailed from Switzerland. ***NOTE: THE CUCKOO BIRD IS NICE BUT DOES not GO BACK INSIDE THE ENTIRE WAY CAUSING THE DOOR TO REMAIN OPEN***The door will not close the whole way. Closes about 3/4 of the way. There is a black bar inside that keeps the bird partway out. The inside metal workings plate says, Cuckoo clock mfg. in Germany, with the numbers 100/171The two bellows need replaced, they are rotted so I can't check if it works.All the pieces appear to be in good condition.There is a removable facade with a bird and leaves that fits on the front of the roof.A small door at the top has a small cuckoo that comes out.The pendulum can be adjusted to correct any time difference, slower or faster.The chains appear to be intact.There is a back cover with a coil on it. There is also an extra back piece with a coil. 2 pine cone weights are included, see picture of them on the scale. Together they weigh 1 pound, 2.2 oz.
