Description: Greetings, what you see here is a set of metal main rods, connecting rods, and return linkage (INCOMPLETE) from an LGB 2080S steam locomotive. All of the rods believe it or not are cleaner than they used to be, but are still are pretty dark with grubbies despite various scrubbings with an old toothbrush. Some spots of surface rust exist on the red-painted front sides of some of the rods. The piston components had destroyed crosshead components cut away, as did the connecting rods, hence the open rivet holes. To be absolutely frank, other than the main rods, much of this may just be better off as shop/scrap scenery. As-is!
