All pieces, parts, and mini figures are believed to be there (except for items listed) but not guaranteed. Missing is the grey post for the out of order sign(a toothpick was used for pictures). The clip on the back of this sign is also broken. The curtains have been modified. The holes were all pulled through and useless. I trimmed the holes and punched new holes so the curtain is a little shorter than it had been. Instructions are included. No box. Sold as is and cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipped assembled. Will disassemble and ship in like colors if preferred, We will bundle shipping when multiple items are purchased.
