For the age in my opinion it’s in good shape, never been taken out of the frame. The original painting of the Sugar Shack sold for $15.3 million last year in May. Again, this was produced the same year the painting came out in 1976, i believe it’s rare. I may be under pricing, just not sure cause I can’t comp it with anything with the same year.
