Description: I have no idea what this great old chunk of wood is.. maybe it was put together from reclaimed plank type wood (this piece is 1 3/8” thick and a solid 3” support piece).. or maybe it’s a section that was cut from a long shelf, where the decorative support brace would have been repeated. It has a metal hanging bracket on the back. Whatever its actual function or description, I think it’s a great old wood piece. It measures 8” wide, 8 5/8” high and 4 1/4” deep.
