All discs have been tested to work, and come from a smoke-free home. What are the defects?: Some light surface wear may be present on either the cases or the discs, which was adapted from their previous owners. These do not affect their playback, however. Note that all DVDs are region-locked, and will only work on Region 2 or region-free DVD players. Also, most films on DVD have the 'PAL pitch' effect in their audio. These don't apply to the Blu-rays, however, as they're both region-free discs and play with the correct pitch.
