Description: Greeting & Verse Card Duet We know you'll love these great “Keepsake Enclosed Cards” which are a combination of a Greeting Card and a Verse Card. The greeting cards are created right here in our southwestern workshop just as we have been doing since 1977. First, a pastel Rainbow is printed on greeting card stock and then precision die-cut with distinctive round corners to a finished size of 4" x 5". Then we attach one of our 2⅜" x 3½" Verse Cards which is inserted into 4 small slits hidden on the face of the Greeting Card. The recipient easily removes it by gently lifting... much like a photo would be taken out of an old-fashioned album. The “removed” Verse Card then becomes a “Lasting Keepsake”. Each Verse Card features the following text: "When things go wrong, as they sometimes will; when the road you're trudging seems all uphill; when the funds are low, and the debts are high, and you want to smile, but you have to sigh; when care is pressing you down a bit, rest if you must but don't you quit. Life is strange with it's twists and turns, as everyone of us sometimes learns, and many a failure turns about, when you might have won had you stuck it out. Don't give up though the pace seems slow. You may succeed with another blow. Success is failure turned inside out; the silver tint of the clouds of doubt, and you never can tell how close you are; it may be near when it seems so far. So stick to the fight when you're hardest hit. It's when things seem worse, that you must not quit."
