It comes with a power cord only as seen in the pictures. Condition Powers on and we were able to connect to the Software setup(NOT INCLUDED) on a PC using a serial cable(also not included). We were not able to test it any further. There are scratches and scuffs all over the body as seen. One of the rack mount brackets is slightly bent.
