Most the time you will receive the exact same cover in the stock photo, however, once in a great while, the covers are slightly different then the stock photo, or on lesser occasions, the publisher changes the cover entirely. If you are preordering a book, I will always contact the buyer if any noticeable flaws are found and allow the buyer to cancel the order, accept it as is, or wait until I can replace it with a better conditioned book. Additional books are $.75 for each additional issue, up to 4 books, and $9.00 for any combination 5+. Most of the time, your combined shipping should total once in your cart.
