It is in very good, displayed condition. I DID NOTICE A SMALL FLAW, THE LAMP ON THE RIGHT IS BENT A LITTLE CLOSER TO THE BUILDING. It displays well, but I wanted to point it out. It is a great piece for your village display. The light cord and sign are included. It would look great in your Christmas Story village display.
