Description: This listing is for a lot of brass parts for hanging lamp and marked and dated THE ROCHESTER MARCH 6’ 1884 brass lamp base all together in a local estate of other lamps and parts. The lamp base had been electrified, filler cap drilled for wire, electric switch on the side of the base, no screws for attaching shade crown to the 17" bracket arms, font base is for a 4-1/2” diameter font, chimney arm is missing on gallery. CONDITION: in as found condition with small dent in brass font at the center rib, all brass has been polished at some time in the past, shade holder screws are in place in the crown, decorated top on crown has some dents that will straighten, font holder has screw on side for holding font in place, twisted side arms have nice floral decorations and held together with rivets.
