The front and rear elements have minor abrasion, common for a lens of this age,and there is a very minor amount of separation within the front element.Even though present, these factors should not affect image quality. There is no fungus, haze or debris within the optics. I would personally rate the optical condition at a 8/10. This lens measured a projected image at 8" (205mm). Exact aperture is unknown. Given these measurements this lens should cover 4x5 and (possibly) 5x7.
