Description: Price is for 1 pound of mixed size bulbs (around 15 to 18 bulbs). Creole Red is a Hardneck Creole type garlic with a mellower garlic taste than most garlics. A beautiful white outside and pinkish/red cloves inside. These bulbs were grown in Central Utah. A great choice for so many dishes, like Stir fry, sauteed, soups, stews, with roasts, in mashes potatoes, and of course raw! We are not certified organic, but we do use the same practices. No use of pesticides or herbicides. We do use cover crops for fertilizer and pest management...and a lot of care! Storage is only a few months to a year if stored in optimal conditions.
