They track your steps, calories & distance traveled, workouts, blood oxygen levels, stress levels and sleep habits. They bind to your cell phone (Android (5.1+) or iOS (8.0+) using Qring software, available on Google play or the Apple App store and will store your exercise info for up to a week. Once you connect with your phone everything is stored in the app and charted for your review. The app is quick with NO in app sales or ads and you DON'T have to create accounts or log in / no passwords. The R6 has a ceramic / plastic shell and is quite tough, looks wise, it’s everything you would expect from a nice gold or silver ring. The included USB charge cable is the magnetic type and works very well. I have checked these to a traditional Pedometer and out of 10,000 steps these are always over by 50-60 steps, very accurate.
