Description: This charming sugar bowl, with its little spoon notch, is truly vintage Emma Bridgewater. The Emma Bridgewater archive (https://us.emmabridgewater.com/blogs/backstamp-archive/tagged/spongeware) places it around 1994 or so, which is about or around when I remember purchasing it. Everyone wants an original :) There is crazing on the bottom (see photo). This is the only blemish, the rest is that flawless, creamy ivory glaze. Christmas is coming, folks ... this elegant little piece would be an exceptional addition to anyone's collection, a truly perfect gift. I also have listed the matching creamer, same vintage, and the two can be combined for shipping purposes. I also have a number of other pieces - with more added daily. Thank you for looking ... Why do I have all of this Emma Bridgewater pottery? I bought two tea cups and saucers back in probably the late 80's and was absolutely smitten. I've been collecting since then ... but I think the time has come to let it all go. Some pieces will be easier to part with than others :) My hope is that these special pieces will all go to good homes, and that someone will love them as much as I did. Leah
