It isn't just rider weight that causes a post to bend - it is also how far back you mount your seat on the rails, how much rake (angle) your frame's seat mast has to it, how high you run the post, etc. This post is chromoly and it won't bend if installed and used sensibly. There is no warranty. If this causes you concern it is recommended that you go with a straight post instead.
