With this small inexpensive circuit board kit you can set up a small single track oval or circle layout that runs automatically with an adjustable stop time from 1 to 60 seconds. This set-up is most commonly used to simulate a station stop. After a pause the train continues to repeat the process. Ideal for a Christmas Tree train setup.Two setup options are given with the instructions. One involves using a section on track where the locomotive is stopped and a second simpler setup simply turns power off to the entire track during the stop time. The Kit consists of 1) Fully assembled STOP and GO Circuit Board2) 1 x Reed switch that is set in between the rails to detect the train3) 1 x 9 Volt Battery Holder with a slide switch to power the unit and turn OFF/ON . A Standard Alkaline battery (not included ) is required to power the circuit board.4) 2 x Neodymium magnet discs.
