Description: For sale is a unique piece of railroad history. It is a letter on Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad letterhead congratulating Mr. Stanley Orr of the Union Pacific Railroad on his appointment to General Agent, Passenger Department in Cincinnati. This is prior to the opening of Cincinnati's Union Terminal. I have several of these listed from different RR companies and find it very interesting that although they were competing companies, they congratulated this individual on his assignment.
