Description: This circa 1910s 'good for 10¢' square token is from the saloon operated by Albert G. Brehm in St. Louis, Missouri (listed in 1910s business directory). The obverse of this uniface token has the words GOOD FOR 10¢ AT AL. BREHM'S, and the reverse has only a beaded border. The token measures 25 mm (nearly 1") in width and height, and the composition is aluminum (with bright silver-toned surfaces). [2724Z] This token is in extremely fine condition, with very light actual wear, with light toning, and it is bright with a good toned silver color. The illustrations in this listing are photos of the actual token being offered for sale, serving as part of the description. NOTE: The actual token is much lighter in color (with a better silver color) and much brighter than in the photos. Payment must be received within ten days of close of auction.
