It was published by D. Appleton & Co., New York as stated on the map in the bottom margin. the map is circa 1895. The map is not matted nor framed, being sold as a single individual sheet as shown in the pic.Size: The map image area measures 8 x 11 1/2 inches (20x29cm) on a 10 1/2 by 13 1/2" page (27x34cm) with a wide margin all around.Condition: The map is in Good to Very Good condition for its age, blank on the reverse, printed a heavy buff page, embossed plate marks around the margins with a centerfold as issued. the centerfold was splitting and has been reinforced on reverse to preserve it.
