Signed to the base: "Maytum Studio 1989 21C3A" Weighs 1 pound 3 ounces and is approximately 3 3/4" H X 3.1" W In nice condition....no cracks, chips or obvious scratches but there is a small roundish mark in the blue above the design....see 2nd photo. Not really that noticeable but I can feel it and am not sure what it is..a flea bite perhaps? or something done during making. Please refer to all the photos and ask for more if you'd like.
