The word LIBERTY WRAPS AROUND THE TOP OF THE COIN 🪙 ATOP EISENHOWERS HEAD. THE DATE 1971 WRAPS AROUND THE BOTTOM OF THE COIN AND PHILADELPHIA STRUCK COINS BEAR NO MINT MARK AT ALL.
