Description: This is a rare February 6th, 1961 playbill from the National Tour engagement of the Pulitzer Prize winning JERRY BOCK and SHELDON HARNICK musical comedy "FIORELLO!" at the Hanna Theatre in Cleveland, Ohio. (The show opened November 23rd, 1959 at the Broadhurst Theatre in New York City and ran for 795 performances while simultaneously playing on the road.) ..... The musical starred BOB CARROLL as former New York City mayor "Fiorello H. La Guardia" and featured RUDY BOND, CHARLOTTE FAIRCHILD, PAUL LIPSON, JEN NELSON, ZEME NORTH and CLINT YOUNG ..... Side Note: "FIORELLO!" was the winner of six 1960 Tony Awards tieing "The Sound of Music" in four categories including "Best Musical" .....
