Condition : Good/Very Good overall ( creasing in bottom right corner area - see photos ) including a few light indentations - and some light surface, edge & corner wear (please see photos). Also, some shallow tears on the backside, where tape strips were removed (please see photos). Please note: there is some dried-substance present around the word 'Mike' in 'Mike Bloomfield' - unable to tell if this occurred in printing, or after? -- hard to see in photo, but is present (please closely see photos provided).
