This discontinued Anthony Costanza Captured Carvings for Bethany Lowe Witch with Bat Wings is new old stock. It has never been used or displayed and was unwrapped for these photos only. It comes with its original tag. Anthony Costanza is a world-renowned wood carver. He’s a self-taught artist and has been creating since he was a child. He teamed up with Bethany Lowe in 2005 and she has recreated a select few of his works in paper mâché. This is from the 2016 Halloween season. Witch with Bat Wings is made of hand painted paper mâché, but looks just like one of Tony’s Hand-carved originals. The wings come off for storage. They are held on the body with thin dowels inserted into holes. It stands a huge 20” tall by 12 1/2” wide by 5” deep. This is a hard to find piece. And Bethany Lowe is no longer producing Captured Carvings. I do combine shipping but this piece is too large and might not be able to combine with some other items.
