A set of: Two, 2" diameter precision turned aluminum idler wheels with THREE sealed bearings in each, 2-1/4" WIDE (CHEAP WHEELS ARE 2" WIDE). Standoff spacers included One, 3" diameter precision turned aluminum tracking wheel with THREE sealed bearings. The tracking wheel is 2-1/4" wide, 3" in diameter & CROWNED (no sharp v) to ensure accurate belt tracking. BE WEARY OF CHEAP HAND TURNED TRACKING WHEELS, THEY HAVE A SHARP V INSTEAD OF A CROWN. THIS V IS DUE TO MANUAL MACHINING RESTRICTIONS, THEY CAN'T MACHINE A CROWN ON A HAND LATHE. THE V IS HARD ON BELTS, UNTIL IT WEARS AWAY PREMATURELY, RENDERING THE WHEEL USELESS. THE HAND TURNED WHEELS ARE ALSO ONLY 2" WIDE. (4" tracking wheels offer no advantage, they're heavy & soak up energy unnecessarily). Standoff spacer included. One, 7" diameter precision turned aluminum drive wheel. The drive wheel is 7" in diameter & crowned to ensure accurate belt tracking. The face of the drive wheel is 2-1/4". The set screw (included) is 1/4-20 & 1/2" long. Please note that the bore of this drive wheel is 5/8". The wheel is lightened. For DIY style grinders like GIB, EERF, NO WELD etc. Also work well on any professionally manufactured 2x72" belt grinder. The wheels are 2-1/4" face width to comfortably accept any commercial 2" wide grinding belt. Bore of the bearings is 1/2" so you can use any 1/2" diameter bolt as an axle. The bearings are easily replaceable when worn. We use these wheels on the top quality grinders & flat plattens that we manufacture & our design has been thoroughly tested to withstand even the harshest knifemaking environments! We do not paint, polish or anodize our wheels as this just adds cost & comes off basically on your first use.
