Description: Offered here is this Beautiful Antique Victorian Era Doll Dress with Shoes. The dress is made from a satin taffeta material and has both machine and hand sewn elements. It is in very good condition, with no holes or tears, but there are some light stains on it, particularly on the blue waist belt. The dress dates to the Victorian Era and has been very well cared for. It comes with a pair of little leather shoes with it. The shoes have not fared as well as the dress, and the leather is very brittle and cracking. The shoes are each 4” long from toe to heel, 2.5” long top to bottom, and 1.5” wide across the ball of the foot. The dress is 13.5” long from shoulder to bottom hem, is 5.5” across the shoulders, 7” across the chest from armpit to armpit, 5.5” across the waist. It comes with its own little wire hanger. It is a beautiful Victorian doll dress that is in amazing condition, particularly for its age, and would be a wonderful addition to your antique Victorian toy collection.
