It features a 1787 Saxony 1/3 Thaler silver coin inside a twisted wire frame attached to chain with large spring ring clasp. This stylish piece measures 5" long and weighs 14.5 grams. The coin has a diameter of 1 1/16". The coin and twisted wire frame are solid silver while the bale, chain and spring ring are silver plated. A very intriguing antique piece!
