There are no opens on the RF transformers.The tube sockets have no cracks or chips.The reostat is working (no opens).The condesor packs are untested. Shipping is via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground only. No international and no PO boxes. Items will be shipped in a New, Clean box and new clean packing. The package size is listed at 15L X 10W X 12H but I may be using a smaller box (if I can find one) which may impact the shipping cost. If I find that you have paid too much for shipping, I will gladly refund the difference to you (as I have done for others in the past). If you paid too little then I will accpet the loss. I am waiving the 5$ handling fee for this sale.
