Description: This is a service to replace the batteries in an Assisi Loop 2.0 so you can carry on using it without replacing the whole thing. The price includes overnight shipping both ways and turnaround is generally within 1 day (for example, if you order Monday morning you will likely it back on Wednesday). I will provide a FedEx label that only needs to be printed and dropped off. Batteries are replaced with genuine Panasonic, identical to original and your Loop is returned back to you.I've put over 40 of these devices back into service successfully with new batteries. It's come to my attention that newer (2022+) revisions of the Loop 2.0 are permanently set as "low battery" and replacing the batteries won't make them work again. See my second and third pictures for identifying these devices, it's an internal design change and not a different model. If your Loop blinks slowly (like it does when it was new) and shuts off after a few seconds: you're good, batteries can be replaced.If your Loop quickly blinks 3 times within 1 second right after turning on, and then shuts off: replacing the batteries won't fix it - I tried :(If your loop blinks slowly a few times and then blinks quickly before shutting off, it is *probably* replaceable if the battery orientation is vertical (see picture #3).
