Description: For sale is a Macintosh LC575 logic board (820-0464-A) with a 33MHz 68LC040 clocked at 40MHZ, modified for use in a Color Classic for the infamous mystic upgrade. Board has been extensively tested, and been fully modded for the Color Classic (no software mod required), and is in great running condition. Comes with 32MB RAM and VRAM, as pictured. Hardware mod involves removing resistor R116, adding resistor to R109, to allow it to boot without requiring software modifications. It has been tested to boot into System 7.5.5. Capacitors have been replaced. CPU has been overclocked from 33MHz to 40MHz with Takashi Imai's "Clockup" technique, that provides significant speedups over the stock 33MHz. Make sure this particular board is suitable for your Macintosh: specifically a Color Classic or Color Classic II.
