Description: Antique/Vintage Hand Made Mini Brass Moroccan 8pcs. Coffee Set Etched & Signed I believe but i cannot figure out the signature, make this choice for yourself in picture #2. this is a 1 person set, i read that a 1 person set was small. this is a small set the Pot holds only 1.5 oz. and the Goblet holds 1/2 Oz of thick heavy shot of coffee, i was in Italy in 1989 and got a shot of coffee out of the same type of goblet and just that little shot was equal to 1 pot of coffee as far as caffine goes. the traditional Dallah (Coffee pot) was designed with a boublous body, thin waste, spire-shaped lid topped with a tall finial and the Sinuous Handle which holds on the lid. so mine is just like this making me think its an early 1900's piece and it was deeply tarnashed took me hours to get this shine. its engraved with geometric symbols also making me believe this is one that was made to be used. the little ones they make for decorative purposes has floral etching on they only, this one has symbols and other lettering and also stylized plants. this one comes with a 1 of the 5.5"-1.5oz Dallah, 6 of the 1.5"- 1/2oz Goblets and a 6" tray all made of brass. this shape is now in excellent condition no matter what you want it for.
