They can be cleaned with rubber cement thinner very gently. Sizes are approximate. To determine the size your doll needs, measure around the head just above the ears. Condition as shown in photos, see title for size. Buy lots of these with no additional shipping. Please look carefully at the photos. They are a large part of the description.
