There is a little curling to the linen edging of the front pebbled leather cover and a couple of scuffed blemishes to the leather (see photos) but the spine and binding are in excellent condition as well as the beautiful full color marbled paper interiors. Pages in very good condition with gilded edge though some yellowing due to age (as expected). Slight musty smell but no water damage, mold or reason for it. I’ve had this for twenty years and have a smoke free home.
