Description: Twilight pastel circa 1910 in the manner of William Chandler. The art is good and the frame has some chips and scrapes as might be expected from its age. All the embellishments are intact. The back, glass and wire are all original. There seems to be a faint signature lower right. The dimensions are 22.5 x 9 framed and 19.5 x 6 artwork.
