Description: Here we have a vintage / antique "Mason's Patent Nov. 30th 1858" Heros Cross half gallon size fruit canning jar with porcelain lined zinc lid...the aqua jar is in very good condition with a rough ground top rim...it is crudely whittled with lots of air bubbles throughout...it also has very nice strong embossing...the bottom is embossed "291 Pat Nov 26 67"...the jar displays nicely and measures 9" tall...a great addition to your collection...we will be selling several more vintage / antique Mason jars so check out our store for more listings...the last photo shows other jars we are listing and the color variations...this listing is for the one 1858 Hero Cross Mason jar...
