Description: Antique,art nouveau, 18k solid gold mounted carved Carnelian stickpin. The Carnelian is carved in cameo style and shows a likeness of the Greek philosopher Plato. The pin measures 2 3/4" total length and weighs 2.5 grams. The top of the pin(Carnelian and its setting) measure approx. 5/8" x 1/2". The setting shows tiny flower blossoms around the edge. The pin is in good condition with no damage to stone. The stick shows some bends but remains quite functional. The gold is unmarked but has been professionally tested and is fully guaranteed to be at least 18K in content. Please enlarge all pics for best details.
